摘要
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法修正案》已通过并将实施,其中增加了关于"技术侦查措施"的规定。技术侦查具有易导致对公民合法权利侵犯的特性,故必须在司法实践中加强对其监督。而要做好对其监督需要明确技术侦查的内涵,同时参考国外刑诉法中对于技术侦查的规定,形成我国对技术侦查的检察监督模式。
The people＇ s Republic of China Amendment to the Criminal Procedural Law has been adopted and implemented, to which the article of the employment of ＂technical investigation measures＂ has been added. Tech- nical investigation has the characteristics which can easily lead to civil rights violations. Its supervision must be strengthened in the judicial practice. It is necessary to define the content of technical investigation for supervision. Reference might be taken form foreign criminal law provisions to form our patterns of civil procuratorial supervision.
