摘要
目的探讨超声对细菌性肝脓肿的诊断价值。方法对21例肝脓肿患者进行常规肝脏检查,并对其声像图特点进行分析。结果 21例肝脓肿患者,病灶处于不同的病理期时其声像图特点各有不同,以肝脓肿形成期最明显。结论超声检查是诊断肝脓肿的首选方法,对其的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for pyogenic liver abscess.Methods Twenty-one patients with liver abscess were received,routine liver examination,and the sonographic features were analyzed.Results The ultrasonsgraphy imaging feature were different in 21 liver abscess patients when their lesions in different pathological stages,and the stage of liver abscess for mation was the most obvious.Conclusion Ultrasound is the preferred method for diagnosis of liver abscess,there has an important application value for its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
