摘要1临床资料患者,女,31岁,孕4产1,平素月经4～5/29 d。2011年6月20日,因停经40 d,阴道流血伴下腹胀痛5 d就诊入我站。入站查：体温37℃,呼吸18次/min,脉搏80次/min,血压90/60 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）,心肺（-）,肝脾未扪及,腹部无明显压痛,无反跳痛,余无特殊。专科检查：外阴血染,发育正常,已婚经产型,阴道通畅,宫颈光滑,
