保留阴茎头手术治疗浅表性阴茎癌的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of retaining the head of the penis surgery in the treatment of superficial penile cancer

目的探讨保留阴茎头手术治疗浅表性阴茎癌的临床疗效。方法回顾分析50例浅表性阴茎癌患者，年龄25～55岁，平均年龄45岁，均采取保留阴茎头手术治疗浅表性阴茎癌，结果术后3个月均开始性生活，性功能自我感觉良好，配偶满意。其中有3例术后6个月出现原位肿瘤复发，2例经再次保留阴茎头手术治疗后再无复发，随访5年均无再复发；另1例患者不愿意再次手术也不配合治疗，于术后2年死亡。结论保留阴茎头手术是治疗浅表性阴茎癌的改良术式，术后可最大可能的保留阴茎外观，显著改善患者的性生活，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retaining the head of the penis surgery in the treatment of superficial penile cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with superficial penile cancer patients, aged 25 to 55 years old, with an average age of 45 years old, who underwent retaining the head of the penis surgical, was carried out in the study. Results Three months later, the patients resumed sexual life, and they and their spouse felt satisfactory in sexual life. Three cases had in situ tumor recurrence six months later, and 2 cases once again received retaining the head of the penis surgery and no recurrence during 5 years following-up. A patient did not receive re-operation, and died 2 years later. Conclusion Keeping the head of the penis surgery is an improved operation method for the treatment of superficial penile cancer due to the postoperative maximum possible retention penile appearance, a significant improvement in the patient＇s sex life, and improving the patient＇s quality of life.
