科研素质是素质结构中较高层面的综合性素质 ,它是建筑在思想品德素质、身心素质、人文素质、专业素质、审美素质基础之上的高层素质。培养科研素质是新世纪高校素质教育的重要内容和主要目标 ,是知识经济创造性特征和国家发展知识经济的要求。从宏观层面来看 ,培养科研素质要求构建国家创新体系 ;从中观层面来看 ,培养科研素质需要开放式、产业化办学模式 ;从微观层面来看 ,培养科研素质需要创造教育模式。

The scientific research quality based on monal character, physical and mental quality, humane qualily, speciality quality and the qualily of aesthetic judgement is a quality at higher level in quality structure. Enhancing scientific research guality is not only the important content of quality-tnaining and chief goal of universities and colleges in the 21st century, but creative characteristic of knowledge-economy and the reguinement; to our country to develop knowledge-economy. Cultivating scientific research quality requires construction of national innovation system from the macro-point of view, requires open-door and industrial mode of education form the mid-point of view and requires creative mode of education from micro-point of view.
