一种低噪声非制冷红外探测器驱动电路的设计 被引量:4

摘要 随着非制冷成像系统在军方领域的发展和应用,也促使非制冷探测器的驱动电路向更低噪声和更高精度的方向发展。文中详细介绍了驱动电路中由超低噪声运算放大器构成的一个二阶电压源低通滤波器,其具有良好的低通幅频特性和低噪声性能,介绍了Xilinx公司的Spartan-6系列FPGA输出的高精度数字时序信号。最后经测试,该驱动电路偏置电压噪声低,数字时序精度高,满足成像系统的应用要求。 Uncooled imaging system has been developed and applied in military, especially the driver circuit of uncooled infrared detector is being paid much attention for its low noise and high practicality. Ultralow noise amplifier in driver circuit is introduced in this paper, which is adopted as Low-pass Filter of Second-order Voltage Source which has good lower-pass amplitude- frequency(LPAF) characteristic and low noise performance. And Xilinx's Spartan-6 series FPGA is used to design high-precision signal processing. The measuring results show that driver circuit has low-noise of DC bias and high-precision of timing signals,which satisfies system requirements.
