摘要
为了研究无刷直流电机的反电势过零检问题,研究采用无刷直流电机专用芯片TMS320LF24x,探究了反电势过零检测模式,对电路则进行了重新设计,电流瞬时值比较则采用控制滞环电流控制模式,限制最大电流的变化。实验结果表明,改进的测量新方法可以较为理想解决反电势的过零检测难点问题,实验证明检测是有效的,也有一定的实用价值。
In order to study the brushless DC motor back EMF zero-crossing detection problem,this study used a brush- less DC motor chip TMS320LF24x, explored the back EMF zero-crossing detection mode, the circuit was redesigned, current instantaneous comparison was used to control hysteresis current control mode, limits the maximum current changes. The experimental results showed that the new method can improve the measurement,the ideal solution of back EMF ze- ro-crossing detection problems,experiments prove that the test is effective,also has a certain practical value.
