摘要
直流无刷推进器输出的数字脉冲信号存在毛刺干扰,影响对推进器转速的测量。提出一种直流无刷推进器去毛刺转速测量电路的设计方法。该电路采用电压跟随、光电隔离技术,消除数字脉冲毛刺干扰对测量精度的影响;通过F/V变换、A/D转换,由测得电压计算推进器转速。试验结果表明,该电路设计可以有效的去除毛刺干扰。该方法稳定性好、测速精度高,能很好的满足对直流无刷推进器转速测量的要求。
Digital pulse noise, which comes from DC brushless thruster outputting, affects the DC brushless thruster speed measurement. This paper puts forward a DC brushless thruster speed measurement circuit design method. The circuit uses a voltage follower, photoelectric isolation technology, which can eliminate the digital pulse noise influence on measurement accuracy. And we calculate the propeller speed by using frequency to voltage converter and analog to digital converter. The test results indicate that the method can effectively eliminate the digital pulse noise. The method has a good stability and high speed measurement accuracy. It can well meet the requirements of DC brushless thruster speed measurement.
