摘要 最近,全国兴起了一股有轨电车热,特别是100%低地板车最受青睐,认为它代表了先进技术的发展方向。准备兴建的项目,都以此为首选。国内各大车辆厂为适应市场,抢得先机,纷纷与欧洲各大厂商签订了100%低地板车的技术转让协议。面对如此火爆的局面,笔者认为大家应当冷静思考,不可一哄而起。 Recently in China, a tram heat wave has been on the rise. In particular, the 100% low floor tram system is a favorite with people. It is thought to represent the development direction of advanced technology. The technology of the 100% low floor tram system is complex, difficult, and with high prices, mostly because of its 100% low floor. If we do not need to be absolutely 100% low floor, then the high-tech is not the way we pursue. Now when we have not thought it through that how this kind of tram system in China does its ticketing in operation and how it sets up a platform, we just decide to introduce it to China. It is obvious that it is with a certain blindness. With large population and management difficulty in China, it should be very careful to copy the foreign country pattern.The selection of the tram systems must make a comprehensive consideration with combination of many aspects, such as the passenger flows in the region, roads, ticketing, operations and maintenance, spare parts, equipment localization, and etc., so as to achieve the maximum benefits in construction and operation. To this end, I propose that those owners planning to build a tram system can consider the feasibility of replacing 100% low floor tram system with 70% low floor tram system. If you use private road, it is more efficient and cost-effective to adopt the light rail vehicles that use high platforms.
