微创治疗慢性扁桃体炎的进展 被引量：9

摘要 慢性扁桃体炎是耳鼻喉科常见病,炎症反复发作容易导致一些并发症,或者因为扁桃体增生肥大而引起睡眠呼吸障碍、分泌性中耳炎等疾病。随着医学领域对扁桃体的研究和认识不断深入,逐步对扁桃体的免疫功能产生更深入的了解,认为腭扁桃体肥大是咽淋巴环对感染的代偿反应,有利于儿童机体抵抗外来的感染[1],因此扁桃体对促进婴幼儿免疫机制的增强和完善起重要作用,而且是人类的重要免疫防护系统。所以,对扁桃体的功能保护越来越受到重视。近几十年,
