摘要
目的:适应当今医疗改革要求,积极推进预约挂号服务。方法:建立预约挂号系统管理平台,面向为患者提供便利的多形式的预约挂号服务。结果:该平台的建设使医院实现了由单一的现场人工挂号的就医模式向集现代电讯、网络信息等多技术功能的、多形式的预约挂号模式的转变;结论:该平台全面推广应用,在一定程度上促进了挂号资源的合理分配,方便患者就诊,也是医院实现门诊挂号时间管理和空间管理调节的一个有效途径。
Objective: Adapt to the requirement of medical reform and actively promote the appointment service. Methods: Making an appointment system management platform, it provides convenient forms of appointment service for patients. Results: The construction of the platform will enable the hospital is the progressive realization of the artificial registered medical model by a single-site appointment to the collection of modern telecommunications, networking and information technology functions of the real-name registration changes in the pattern. Conclusion: Promoting and full application for the platfom~ will promote registered the appropriate allocation of resources to a certain extent, to facilitate patient treatment, it is also the hospital to achieve an effective way to adjust the patient registration time and space management.
