摘要
目的:掌握吉林省某省直机关公务员心理健康现状,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法:以吉林省某省直机关参加健康体检的321名在职公务员为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式,对其焦虑、抑郁、工作倦怠、领悟社会支持等方面进行心理健康测评。结果:焦虑情绪检出率为7.2%,抑郁情绪检出率为20.9%,工作倦怠检出率为55.1%。焦虑情绪的检出率随年龄的增长逐渐增高,女性的抑郁情绪检出率明显高于男性。焦虑、抑郁和工作倦怠在社会总支持问题人群中的检出率明显高于社会总支持良好的人群。结论:公务员群体的心理健康状况不容乐观,工作倦怠和抑郁情绪问题突出,应重视对公务员群体社会总支持系统的建立和完善,提高其身心健康水平和工作效率。
Objective: To investigate the status of psychological health among civil servants in Jilin province, and to provide the basis for formulating relevant intervention strategies. Methods: 321 civil servants who conducted health examination were investigated by questionnaire survey. There are four aspects about psychological health assessment, such as anxiety, depression, job burnout and social support survey. Results: Incidence rates of anxiety, depression and job burnout were 7.2%, 20.9%, 55.1% respectively. Incidence rates of anxiety increased with the age, and the depression rates of women were higher than those of men. Incidence rates of anxiety, depression and job burnout in a low level social support group were higher than the high level social support group. Conclusion: The psychological health status of civil servants in Jilin province is not optimistic, especially job burnout and depressed problems are serious. It is necessary to pay attention to establish and perfect the total social support system, and the purpose is to improve the mental and physical health level and work efficiency.
