卫生法学教育的身份焦虑及其合法性探讨

Exploration of the Status Anxiety and Legitimacy of Health Law

卫生法学教育在我国已有20余年的历史,但与其他领域的法学教育相比较尚有明显的差距,这既有卫生法学地位和作用没有得到主流法学界的充分认同,由此引发其身份焦虑;同时,也缘于卫生法学在医学院校中生存空间狭窄,教师从事教学和研究工作的积极性不高,导致卫生法学教育发展滞后。为此,医学院校应加大对卫生法学的建设力度,以适应当前我国卫生体制改革的需要。

The status anxiety of health law arises from its failure to obtain the recognition of the mainstream academic circles. Health Law is not an independent department law and we should not delude ourselves in this respect. The legitimacy of Health law lies in its potential ability to bridge the cultural gulf between medical professionals and lawyers. The enormous demand from medical market is another factor that fostered the growth of health law. Key Words Health law; Status Anxiety; Legitimacy
