摘要
知识环境的变化对图书馆学的影响以及对图书馆形态的改变,使得大学图书馆知识价值的实现面临着新的制度环境的限制。文章通过对大学图书馆制度与制度建设概念的理解和对大学图书馆制度现状的剖析,提出了大学图书馆制度建设的基本原则、内容和大学图书馆知识价值实现与保障机制。
The influence on the library science by the changes of knowledge environment and the library form have made the university library knowledge value confront the limitations of the new regulatory environment. This article, by analyzing the existing system of university libraries and the concepts of the system-building of libraries, puts forward the basic principles and contents, the realization of the university library value and the safeguard mechanisms.
