高校图书馆联盟环境下的学科馆员发展策略

Development tactics of subject librarian in the environment of university library consortia

通过对学科馆员服务发展的分析可知,深化学科服务的前提是相对完善的制度保障机制与融入式的学科服务能力相结合。目前,国内大部分高校图书馆的学科馆员服务仍受内外诸多不利因素的制约,因此,图书馆依托联盟优势,开展与教、学、研需求相匹配的服务,是提升学科馆员服务整体水平的有效措施。文章在分析学科馆员服务背景的基础上,阐释了学科馆员在联盟环境下提升服务效能的可能性,进而提出了相应的发展策略,以期为学科馆员建设探索新的发展路径和方向。

It is known from the analysis of subject librarian-service and development that the premise of deep- ening subject service is the union between a perfect system guarantee mechanism and the capability of subject serv- ice. The subject librarian service of most university libraries in our country is still constrained by many negative factors now. So the libraries should take advantage of library consortia and provide the service to match the require- ments of teaching, learning and researching. It is also an effective measure to improve the overall level of subject librarian. Based on the analysis of subject librarian-service background, this paper explains the feasibility to im- prove the working efficiency in library consortia. Some development tactics are also presented to explore weill ori- entation and channels for the constructon of subject librarians.
