Optimizing the channels of information service to the undergraduate students

文章指出了目前我国高校图书馆本科生文献信息服务的不足之处,提出了优化服务的四条路径,即改进服务方式,提升服务定位;与教师合作,全程介入课程;丰富信息提供种类,成为高校资讯中心;充分发挥学生积极分子的作用。

This article discusses deficiencies of information services provided by university libraries in PRC. Directing to this problem, the author of this article proposes four channels to optimize information services： impro- ving service modes and upgrading service standards; coordinating with teachers and embedding in their courses; amplifying the species of provided information, making the library an information center in the university ; and let- ting the vigorous members of the students play more important part in information services.
