基于SPWM/SVPWM调制策略的逆变器效率研究 被引量:16

摘要 逆变器的效率是光伏发电系统的一个重要指标,有效地采用调制策略,能够提高逆变器的效率。为了提高逆变器的效率,针对SPWM和SVPWM两种调制策略,分析了逆变器损耗的计算方法,利用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,比较了两种调制策略对逆变器效率的影响,并搭建了实验平台,进行了实验验证。根据实验数据和仿真结果,得出结论:采用SVPWM调制策略,能提高逆变器的效率,获得更高的调制度。 Inverter efficiency is an important index in photovoltaic power generation system, it can be improved by the effective modulation strategy which you choose. In order to improve the inverter efficiency, based on SPWM and SVPWM modulation strategies, the inverter loss calculation method was analyzed and simulated by Matlab / Simulink. The influence on efficiency of two modulation strategies was compared. The experiment is carried out on experimental platform to verify the conclusion. According to the experimental data and simulation results, come to the conclusion that using SVPWM modulation strategy can improve the efficiency of the inverter and obtain higher modulation.
