摘要
为了提高连铸机的铸坯质量,提高生产作业率,唐钢第二钢轧厂改造了3#连铸机的自动化系统,开发了结晶器液位自动控制系统。在介绍了系统设备组成的基础上,论述了控制原理和算法,控制系统通过Profibus-DP网实现变频器的PLC控制,分析了存在的问题及解决方法。实际运行结果表明该系统控制性能好、可靠性高,满足了连铸机生产高品质高精度的要求。
In order to improve billet quality ＆ increase productivity of CCM, the mould level automatic control system of modified 3# continuous casting in No.2 steel making ＆ rolling works of Tangshan iron ＆ steel company is developed.Structure of the system, control principle ＆ algorithm , control of frequency converter by PLC with Profibus- DP was discussed based on the equipment composition.The existential problems and its solutions were analyzed.The system has the advantages of good control property and high reliability,and meets the needs of high quality ＆ high precision of CCM.
