摘要 为实现同一厂房内多台吊车集中监控目的,提出了多台吊车共用控制系统设计思想,基于Prifibus-DP现场总线协议设计了完全共用和部分共用两种共用变频调速控制系统模型,论述了多台电机参数辨识结果的处理方法,简述了系统控制网络的结构设计和监控软件的开发过程。应用表明共用控制系统结构简单,操控便捷,扩展性好,可以在满足吊车各项性能指标基础上实现多台吊车控制系统的软硬件资源共享。 In order to realize centralized supervision and control for multi-crane in the same workshop building, an idea of multi-crane sharing control system was put forward. Based on Profibus-DP protocol, two sharing models of variable frequency control system were designed,which named total- sharing and partial- sharing control system. It discussed the handling for multi-motor's parameter identification. Finally, it explained the topology structure design of control network and the development of the monitoring software. Application shows that multi-crane shared control system has simple structure,convenient operability and good expansibility. It can realize the hardware and software resources sharing as well as the crane's various performance index is satisfied.
