Key Techniques and Equipment for Making Particleboard with Waste Veneer

为充分高效利用木材资源,提升刨花板产品质量及降低产品成本,着重介绍利用废单板制造刨花板在原料制备和施胶工段的关键技术及其工作原理。通过采用适用的原料制备工艺及施胶系统,板材的剖面密度分布显著改善,耗胶量减少,板材性能满足相关标准的要求。

The authors developed techniques for manufacturing particleboard with waste veneer to take full advantage of wood residuals, improve the quality of particleboard （PB） products and reduce cost. Special particle preparation and resin blending processes were fully described. PB produced with waste veneer showed considerable improvement in the vertical density distribution. The authors believed that the new manufacturing technique using particleboard with waste veneer could save 15% resin usage without reducing particleboard performance.
