摘要
为降低脲醛树脂胶调胶成本,及有效利用三聚氰胺树脂浸渍纸废料,将浸渍纸边回收、粉碎,以替代工业面粉用作脲醛树脂胶填料,制备胶合板。结果表明:浸渍纸粉末用量为树脂质量的10%~15%时,试板的胶合强度最高;甲醛释放量随浸渍纸粉末比例的增加而降低。浸渍纸粉末作为胶合板用脲醛树脂胶的填料具有可行性。
The authors recycled scrap melamine impregnated paper and then pulverlzect it to powders to be used as a urea formaldehyde (UF) resin adhesive filler for plywood production. Their goal was to reduce the cost of wood adhesive and to minimize pollution from combustion of the impregnated paper. The results showed that adding 10 to 15 percent of the powder, the plywood bonding strength was considerably improved. It was also determined that formaldehyde emission decreased as the impregnated paper powder was increased.
