合肥构建区域金融中心不仅是必要的而且是可能的。尽管与其他中心城市相比,合肥目前的金融业发展相对滞后,但是只要选择适当的发展路径,在政府的主导下,通过政府和市场两种力量的推动,明确目标,抓住重点,合肥区域金融中心就可以加速形成。

It is not only necessary but also probable for Hefei to construct the regional financial center.
