The nrdinance organization regulates and disciplines the behaviors of people of Dong community while the ordinance literature keeps records of varied folk customs of the DONG people. Every year, by organizing ＂The convention of Green in March＂ and ＂The convention of Yellow in September＂, the Dong people learn about the details of their ordinances to build a community full of love and freedom.
