摘要
本文通过文献资料、对比分析等方法对2005～2008年与2009～2012年FIG国际竞技健美操规则的演变和走向进行分析,探讨健美操的发展规律和趋势。研究显示:新规则下的竞技健美操更加注重艺术性创新,朝着专业化更强的方向发展等,并结合实际提出相关建议。
