医院建筑功勇性强,建设复杂,在施工中,工程变更量将直接影响工程投资、进度和质量。文章论述了控制工程变更,应在项目建设的各个阶段采取不同的管理措施。
Hospital buildings are public buildings of thecomplex civil architecture category. Due to the differences of the function and medical process, in construction management practices, the number of engineering change directly impact on project investment, progress, quality. Hospitals as the construction unit, needs to control the engineering change at various stages of the project construction.
