摘要
"数字化医院"的概念已经被广大医院接受,麻醉信息管理系统作为"数字化医院"的重要组成部分,在国内尚处于探索、起步阶段。文章针对自2009年起使用的麻醉信息系统(DOCARE),对其使用情况,尤其是在临床麻醉研究和临床经验总结方面的作用进行了归纳和阐述,并对原系统提出改进意见。
The concept of ＂Digital Hospital＂ has been widely known by hospitals. Anesthesia information system as an important part of ＂digital hospital＂ is still at starting or exploring stage. The article explains the anesthesia information system since 2009 （DOCARE）, including the use condition, especially anesthesia clinical research and experience, and proposes improvement opinions.
