摘要
对肢体动脉施压(充气)与消除压力(排气)的时间均必须与心脏跳动同步(以下简称同步);表示反搏中能量传递量和传递效率的反搏脉搏波中舒张波峰值与收缩波峰值之比称为高度比,用D/S值表示,治疗中要求这个比值尽量调至1.2以上,而美国则要求1.5以上。在同步前提下,D/S值是决定反搏效果的因素。本文分析了影响同步及D/S值的因素,并对反搏认识上的一些误区阐述了作者的见解,可供产品设计及产品标准制定时参考,以便使其更符合临床要求。
The time to raise the pressure (inflate) or reduce the pressure (deflate) of the limb arteries must synchronize with the heart beat (hereinafter referred as synchronization). The term D/S is defined as the ratio of diastolic wave peak to systolic wave peak and represents the rate of energy transfer and transfer efficiency during counterpulsation. Ordinarily, the expectation about the ratio is over 1.2 for treatment, but it is required to be more than 1.5 in the United States. Under the premise of synchronization, D/S value is the factor to determine the effect of counterpulsation. This paper analyzed the factors which influenced synchronization and D/S value, and expounded the writer's understanding of some mistaken views on counterpulsation, aiming to provide reference available for product design and product standard formulation and to better meet the clinical requirements.
