超声脉冲电导结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较超声脉冲电导结合关节松动术与中频脉冲电疗结合超短波治疗肩周炎的疗效和镇痛作用。方法随机将60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用超声脉冲电导结合关节松动术,对照组采用中频脉冲电治疗结合超短波治疗治疗。治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Constant-Murley肩关节功能评定法(C-M评分)对肩关节疼痛程度和活动范围评定。结果经过20天的治疗,两组VAS评分较治疗前明显下降,C-M评分明显提高,治疗组较对照组更显著(均P<0.01);临床疗效比较,治疗组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论超声脉冲电导结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎可显著提高治愈率,改善肩关节运动功能。 Objective To investigate the eficacy and analgesia of pulse ultrasonic delivery combined with joint mobilization on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 60 patients were ramdomly divided into treament group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. The treament group received ultrasonic wave combined with joint mobilization; the control group received medium frequency electrotherapy combined with ultra short wave treament. The patients were assessed with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Constant-Mudey Scale (C-M Scale) before and after the treament. Results After treament for 20 days, VAS scores significantly reduced, and C-M (only ADL and ROM) scores increased significantly in both two groups as compared with those before treament, more significantly in the treament group than those in control group (P〈0.01). The clinical effects in the treament group were superior to those in the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Ultrasonic delivery combined with joint mobilization therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis can obviously increase the curative rate and improve the motor function of the shoulder joint.
