摘要
目的研究蜂胶的防治糖尿病作用。方法采用四氧嘧啶制作的糖尿病动物模型,将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、药物低、中、高剂量组。连续给药灌胃3周,检测大鼠血糖指标。结果蜂胶可以明显降低血糖,能明显抵抗四氧嘧啶对大鼠的损伤。结论蜂胶可通过调节大鼠机体等方面发挥其防治糖尿病作用。
Objective To study the effect of propolis from west Hubei in prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods Diabetic animal models were produced by alloxan. The rats were divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, low dosage group, middle dose group and higher dose group. The normal group, model group received the normal saline by intragastric administration, and the low dosage group, middle dose group and higher dose group received the propolis of 30 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg, and 90 mg/kg respectively by intragastric administration. After 3 weeks of consecutive intragastric administration, the blood glucose indices in rats were detected. Results Propolis had lowered blood glucose of all rats, and it could significantly resist the damage in rats caused by alloxan. Conclusions Propolis can play the role of prevention and treatment of diabetes by regulating the organism in rats.
