摘要
目的探讨在人工髋关节置换术后转科的患者实施"一站式"优质的护理服务的护理效果。方法将我院2010年4月至2012年6月90例人工全髋关节置换患者术后转科患者随机分两组,观察组46例实施"一站式"优质护理服务,转科后由关节专科护士实施健康宣教、康复功能训练,对照组44例患者由转入科室护士实施,比较两组健康知识掌握程度、自我护理技能、对护理工作的满意率。结果观察组在健康知识掌握程度、掌握自我护理技能状况、对护理工作的满意率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "一站式"优质护理服务在转科患者中延伸,有利于促进患者康复、提高患者满意度,体现优质护理服务的服务宗旨。
Objective To discuss the effect of "one-stop" high quality nursing service for transfer patients after hip arthroplasty. Methods 90 cases of artificial total hip replacement patients with postoperative transfer were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases of the observation group implemented the "one-stop" high quality nursing service, after transferthe joint major nurses carrying out health education, rehabilitation fimction training, and 44 patients of the control group were implemented by the department nurses. The health knowledge master degree, self nursing skills, and the satisfaction of nursing work of the two groups were compared. Results The health knowledge master degree, master self nursing skills condition, and the satisfaction of nursing work in the observation group were better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions The "one-stop" high quality nursing service extending in transfer patients is beneficial to promote the patients' rehabilitation, raise the degree of satisfaction of patients, and reflect the high quality nursing service principle of service.
