Perioperative Nursing in Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion in the Treatment of Lumbar Degenerative Disease

目的探讨椎间孔椎体间融合(TLIF)技术治疗腰椎退行性疾病围手术期的护理措施。方法对采用TLIF技术治疗腰椎退行疾病的病人术前、后各项护理措施进行回顾分析和总结。结果 25例患者术后第二天可下床行走,根据JOA关于腰腿痛的评分显示25例患者中治愈的有7例,显效的有10例,有效的有8例,临床效果满意,无护理并发症的发生。结论 TLIF技术具有手术创作小,安全系数大,病人可以早期下床活动,恢复快的特点,而全面、细致的护理,系统的康复训练指导对保证(TLIF)手术病人手术成功,促进患者的早期康复具有重大的意义。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing in transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion （TLIF） treatment for lumbar degenerative disease. Methods To summarize the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures of the patients undergoing treatment of lumbar degenerative disease after transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion technique retrospectively. Results All of 25 patients were able to take the initiative with the the functional exercise before and after surgery, got out of bed to walk on the second day after the surgery. Degree of clinical improvement showed excellent in 20 cases, good in 3 cases, normal in 2 cases. The rate of excellent and good was 92%. No nursing complications occurred. Conclusion The TLIF technique has the characteristics of less surgical trauma, higher safety, earlier ambulation, and faster recovery. The comprehensive, meticulous nursing, rehabilitation guidance has great significance in providing the patients undergoing surgery after transforaminal interbody successfully and promoting early rehabilitation.
