摘要
冠心病位居全球疾病死亡率第一,占据所有死亡人口的五分之一,他汀类药物(statins)是羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂,广泛应用于冠心病一级预防和二级预防中降低血清胆固醇水平。现主要从冠心病和他汀类药物在天然炎症免疫中的关系作一综述。
Atherothrombotic vascular disease is quickly becoming the leading cause of mortality worldwide, accounting for a fifth of all deaths. Statins are 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A（HMG-COA） reductase inhibitors, which are widely used to lower serum cholesterol levels in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease. The relationship between atherothrombotic vascular disease and statins in innate inflammation of monocyte-macrophage was discussed in this review.
