摘要
回顾认识了人格化管理理论的历史演变与特征,并以此对高校教师管理适用人格化管理策略的可行性进行了分析,认为传统管理策略的滞后、教师的人格特征和劳动特点决定了人格化管理的必要。从管理起点、过程、归宿描述了人格化管理的思路与途径,并提出要辩证认识人格化管理策略以及在教师管理实践过程中要注意提升管理人员的素质。
Based on a review of the historical evolution and the characteristics of the personified management theory, the current article analyzes the feasibility of applying the personification strategy to the management of college teachers and points out that it is necessary to adopt personified management because of the backward traditional management strategy, the personality traits and the laboring characteristics of teachers. It also elab- orates on the ways of the management in terms of its starting point, process and ultimate goal and finally posits that the strategy should be viewed in a dialectical way and importance should be attached to the improvement of the quality of the management staff in this process.
