摘要
辅导员工作的水平和质量直接关系到高校人才培养目标的实现,更对大学生的思想、学习、生活等方面有着不可估量的影响。借鉴管理学中绩效评估理论,建立一套科学合理的辅导员绩效评估体系,能充分调动辅导员工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,提升辅导员的职业素质,提高辅导员从事大学生思想政治教育的工作能力和水平,切实有效推进辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化。
Performance of college counselors at their work is directly related to the talent production of a university. It also exerts immeasurable influence on students' thinking, learning and life. The performance ap- praisal theory in management science can help to establish a scientific and reasonable system of counselors' performance appraisal, which can bring out their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and improve their professional quality and their ability to do ideological work, thus promote the professionalization and specialization of counselors.
