In recent years, more and more academic misconducts have been disclosed and the problem of scholastic credit has aroused wide concern of all walks of life. Post-graduates play an essential role in scientific research institutions, shoulder the heavy burden of scientific and technological innovation of our country and are the main source of many papers and works. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of their academic credit to make them take responsibilities for scholastic credit, which will play an important role in cleansing social atmosphere, promoting scientific and technological development, ensuring the quality of post- graduate education and enhancing scholastic reputation of our country.
