摘要
某型民机方向舵采用返力连杆作动器,这在国内飞机设计中属首次应用。在颤振设计中,研究了其刚度特性、及对垂尾固有特性和颤振特性的影响。研究结果表明,返力连杆作动器部件之间满足刚度串联关系,通过合理的设计,保证作动器有足够的刚度,则垂尾能够在结构减重的情况下,满足运输类飞机适航标准气动弹性稳定性条款(CCAR25.629)和咨询通报AC25.629-1A规定的颤振包线要求。
In domestic aircraft design, a reaction-link actuator was firstly applied to the rudder of a certain type civil airplane. The stiffness characteristic of the reaction-link actuator and its influence on vertical tail natural vibration and flutter characteristics were studied in the flutter design of the airplane. The results showed that the relationship of stiffness series combination is satisfied among the components of the reaction-link actuator; through a reasonable design to ensure enough actuator stiffness, the flutter envelope requirements of the aeroelastic stability item of the airworthiness standard for transport category airplanes (CCAR25. 629 ) and the advisory circular AC25. 629-1A can be met in the situation of weight reduction of vertical tail.
