摘要
邻二甲苯废气对环境以及人体都有极大的危害.目前国内外对应用生物滴滤法处理邻二甲苯废气的研究还不多见,笔者对生物滴滤塔处理模拟邻二甲苯废气进行的研究.以邻二甲苯作为唯一碳源对某焦化厂取得的活性污泥进行驯化培养,得到能够高效降解邻二甲苯的混合培养物.利用驯化培养得到的混合培养物,对填充聚丙烯十字拉西环填料的生物滴滤塔在室温条件下进行挂膜.生物滴滤塔挂膜稳定后,考察室温20~30℃,pH值为5~7,空塔气体停留时间分别为40、60、100s条件下的生物滴滤塔处理邻二甲苯废气的效果.结果表明,该生物滴滤塔能够有效处理低浓度邻二甲苯废气,处理邻二甲苯废气效果受温度、停留时间、进气浓度等条件的影响.
Emission of o-xylene has a great harm on the environment and human health, the research on the treatment of o-xylene from waste gases by biotrickling filter is rare at present. Use o-xylene as the sole carbon source to cultivate the activated sludge which getted from a coking plant, get o-xylene-degrading mixed cultures finally. And then add the domesticated mixed cultures to the hiotriekling filter, which filled with polypropylene biological carrier. After biofilm that on the biological carrier is stable, we study on the removal efficiency changes of o-xylene from waste gases in the changing experimental condition, the room temperature: 20~30 ℃, pH: 5~7, empty biofilter residence time: 40, 60, 100 s. Result shows that it can deal with low concentration o-xylene from waste gases effectively with the biotrickling filter, which could be influenced by temperature, empty biofilter residence time, concentration of inlet and other condition.
