摘要
文章主要介绍了Journal Club(以下简称JC)的形式及我院JC开展的组织与管理过程,讨论并分析了JC对于参与者证据评鉴能力、护理统计及科研知识、科研及临床实践应用的影响,阐述了JC在护理专业研究生培养中的意义,以期为今后JC更好地开展及改进、多元化培养护理专业研究生提供参考。
The article introduced the format of the Journal Club, the organization and management of JC in our college. It al- so discussed and analyzed the influence of JC on the evidence appraisal ＂ability, nursing statistics and research knowledge, and the research and clinical nursing practice of nursing postgraduate students. The role of JC on the nursing postgraduate education was discussed in order to improve the quality of JC and provide references for the nursing postgraduate education.
