摘要
目的:了解护士工作主要压力来源、压力程度,为管理者能有效帮助护士减轻工作压力提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对广州市某三甲医院全体在职护士的工作压力状况进行调查。结果:总体工作压力程度较高,均分2.52;护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源为护士的主要压力来源(平均分为2.96、2.67、2.76);不同年龄、工龄、职称的护士工作压力来源之间差异无统计学意义,不同文化程度的护士工作压力来源之间差异有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度越低,护士的工作压力程度越高(OR=0.737,95%CI:0.546~0.994,P=0.045)。结论:护士的工作压力程度处于较高水平,需要重点关注,尤其是对于低学历的聘用护士应当作为重点人群给予持续的综合干预。
Objective To explore the sources, extent of working stress of nurses, and to provide scientific evidence to help nurses relieve working stress'effectively for managers. Methods A duster sampling method was used to investigate all nurses of a large comprehensive hospital in Guangzhou. Results The overall stress point was 2.52, which was in a higher level. Professional and career issues,workload and a]location of time,working environment and resources were the major sources of stress (average was 2.96,2.67,2.76). Ages, lengths of service, tides were no significant difference, and different education level of nurses in working stress was significant difference. Logistic regression analysis showed that the lower educational level lead to higher work- ing stress for nurses. Conclusion Nursing work was at a high level of stress levels, required sustained comprehensive intervention for low-educated employed nurses, which was a focus group.
