移植肾受者术前彩超检查髂血管的临床研究

目的:探讨移植肾受者术前髂血管情况,为手术成功准备条件。方法:总结446例准备行同种异体肾移植手术患者的髂外动静脉彩色多普勒超声资料,结合临床进行分析。结果:①大部分受者髂血管情况正常。髂外动脉频谱呈三向波;髂外静脉深吸气后血流信号短暂中断、返流。②血管弹性减弱多见于50岁以上老年患者。动脉频谱呈第三峰消失。③动脉斑块形成患者并发有糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮。动脉附壁强回声,血流速度增快。④血管畸形患者少见,根据对侧血管情况,选择手术部位。⑤血管较细患者,髂外动脉内径<6.5mm,髂外静脉内径<7.6mm,患者必须观察髂总和髂内动静脉情况。结论:术前对肾移植受者髂血管行彩色多普勒超声检查对于选择手术部位、手术方法有重要作用。

Artery mural strong echo, blood flow velocity is added fast. （4）rare vascular malformation patients, according to side blood vessels, surgical site selection. （5）Vascular smaller patients, the iliac artery diameter 〈 6. 5 mm, external iliac vein diameter 〈 7.6 mm, patients must watch iliae total internal iliac artery and vein. Con- clusions： Preoperative for renal transplant recipients iliae vessels line color doppler ultrasound examination for surgical site selection, operation method has an important role.
