摘要
中药谱效关系是将中药指纹图谱与中药药效学相结合的一种研究方法,广泛应用于中药及其制剂的质量控制,对中药药效物质基础的研究有重要意义。本文通过对几年来众学者在此方面进行的研究文献进行总结、归类,介绍常用的谱效关系实验方法,为中药谱效关系的进一步发展提供参考。
Fingerprints -pharmacology is a technique combined with fingerprint and pharmacodynamies which has been widely used in the quality control of Traditional Chinese medicine, It plays important role in the establishment of the therapeutic basis of tradi- tional Chinese medicine. This paper is based on the recent literature of fingerprints - pharmacology, and carried on the summary to it, enumerating experimental methods commonly used, expecting provide a reference to the further study of fingerprints - pharmacology.
