胃癌患者的端粒酶的表达

Expression of telomerase in gastric cancer patients

目的:探讨胃癌患者和良性胃病变患者的端粒酶表达。方法:对40例胃癌患者和8例良性病变胃病患者在胃镜下嵌取病变部位胃粘膜,对组织标本中的端粒酶结构hTERT(human telomerase catalytic subunit)进行RT-PCR扩增,来检测端粒酶活性表达。结果:39例胃癌患者的hTERT表达阳性,1例良性病变患者为阳性,其余患者都是阴性。结论:端粒酶结构中的hTERT表达可以作为评价胃癌的重要指标之一,在良性病变胃病患者中可以作为病情发展的重要指标之一。

Method： Discussion to express of telomerase in gastric carcinoma and innocence gastrosis. In the gastroscope to take diseased region of gastric mucous membrane from 40 gastric carcinomata patients and 8 innocence gastrosis patients, using RT - PCR to expression of hTERT （human telomerase catalytic subunit） structure of telomerase , which indicate telomerase activation. Result： The expression of hTERT is masculine ： 39 gastric carcinomam patients and 1 innocence gastrosis patient , other specimens are nega- tive . Conclusion： The expression of hTERT structure of telomerase is one of significance index to evaluation to gastric carcinomam and one of important target progression of disease in the innocence gastrosis patients.
