摘要
针对许厂煤矿面临的村庄建筑物下压煤、矿井上下矸石大量堆积等问题,提出了在煤柱中掘进巷道并利用矸石回填以置换开采出部分条带煤柱的新技术。在条带开采后所留设的大煤柱中集中布置2条宽4.0m、高5.0m的矸石充填巷,巷间煤柱宽4.0m,利用井下产生的矸石对该巷道进行回填。通过对充填巷道围岩变形监测,测得两帮移近量最大为20mm,顶底板移近量最大为17mm;配合地表运动监测分析得出,地表下沉效果不明显,可保证地表建筑物的变形在I级变形之内。
According to the seams under the buildings of the villages, great coal rejects stored on the surface ground of the mine and in the underground and other problems faced to the Xuchang Mine, a new technology to apply the coal rejects backfill to replace the coal from the strip coal pillar mining of the gateway driving in the coal pillar was provided. After the strip coal mining, there were two coal rejects backfill gateways each with a width of 4. 0m and a height of 5.0m in the large coal pillar. Between the two gateways, there was a coal pillar left with a wide of 4m and the coal rejects from the underground mine production would be applied to the backfill of the gateways. With the deformation monitoring and measuring of the surrounding rock in the backfill gateway, the convergence between two sidewalls of the backfill gateway was 20mm in max and the convergence between the roof and floor was 17 in max. In combination with the monitoring and measuring of the surface ground movement, the analysis showed that the subsidence effect of the surface ground was not obvious and the deformation of the surface buildings could be ensured within I grade deformation.
