摘要
研究了一种新型复合结构燃气舵动力学特性问题。针对传统采用钨渗铜材料的燃气舵重量大、价格贵、工作效率低等问题,提出了一种新型的由高温合金钢(30CrMnSiA)骨架和耐高温的碳/酚醛复合材料模压制成的复合结构燃气舵。利用Ansys软件对新型复合结构燃气舵的三种不同骨架结构进行了模态分析及瞬态动应力分析。得到了三种舵片的固有频率及相应振型以及在固定冲击载荷作用下燃气舵的瞬态动应力响应曲线及变形响应特性。仿真研究表明,新型复合结构燃气舵具有良好的尺寸稳定性、低密度、价格低廉等优点,且结构动力学特性满足实际工程要求。
Studied dynamic characteristics of a new composite structure jet vane. To solve those problems such as big weight, expensive, low work efficiency of tradition tungsten copper vane, a new composite structures jet vane has been designed in the paper, which was made of high temperature alloy steel(30CrMnSiA) skeleton and high-temper- ature carbon/phenolic composites. Then modal analysis and transient dynamic stress analysis of three different skele- ton structure new composite structure jet vanes were done to obtained their natural frequencies, corresponding mode shapes, and the response curve of the transient dynamic stress and deformation response characteristics of the vane in the fixed impact loads. The simulation results show that the new composite structure vane has the advantages of good dimensional stability, low density and low price. Its structural dynamics characteristics can meet the requirements of practical engineering.
