摘要 虚拟维修拆装过程是虚拟维修的重要组成部分。现阶段拆装过程中产生的零部件一般都只是简单的以爆炸效果在虚拟三维空间环境中显示,然而当部件复杂,拆装后零部件较多时,这种显示效果容易产生视角上的重叠、混乱。为了解决虚拟维修拆装环境中的零部件在三维空间的布局问题,应用空间规划对零部件进行拆装顺序分类,将复杂三维布局转化为二维布局,同时使虚拟环境空间更具层次感。在运用定位法进行二维布局优化时,结合蚁群算法进行布局顺序寻优,提高了布局优化质量。最后通过对某航空发动机高压压气机虚拟拆装零部件布局进行仿真分析表明,提出的方法是可行的。 Virtual repair disassembly and assembly process is an important part of virtual maintenance. Disassem- bly and assembly of parts and components are generally and simply displayed in the virtual environment of three-di- mensional space as explosion effect. However, for the complex parts, when disassembly and assembly are too much, it may have the effects of duplication and confusion. In order to resolve the problems, space planning was used for parts disassembly sequence classification, and the complex 3-dimensional layout was translated into a 2-dimensional layout to make the virtual space more layered. Orderly positioning technique(OPT) was used with the 2-dimensional layout optimization, layout order was carried out for optimization with Ant Colony algorithm to improve the quality of the layout optimization. Finally, the analysis for the adoption on virtual disassembly of Aero-Engine high pressure compressor parts layout indicates that the method is feasible.
