摘要
水冷壁系统的特性对超临界直流锅炉安全、有效运行具有重要影响,为研究超临界直流锅炉水冷壁的性质,从基本的质量守恒、能量守恒、动量守恒等三大守恒方程出发,依据仿真对象的特点,建立其集总参数移动边界动态数学模型,并以建立起的模型对直流锅炉在亚临界和超临界状态下水冷壁各段长度、工质温度、压力和壁温等对各输入量变化的响应进行仿真。仿真结果通过分析得到合理解释,为超临界直流锅炉的设计和研究奠定一定的基础,同时对实际系统的运行起到指导意义。
The character of water screen system plays an important part in supercritical once-through boiler' s safe and effective running. To study the character, a lumped parameter moving boundary model was established based on mass conservation, energy conservation and momentum conservation, and the dynamic response of model was learned when the inputs are changed under subcritical and supercritical conditions. The simulation result can be exactly explained by mechanism analysis and the result lays a theoretical foundation for the study and design of supercritical once-through boilers.
