摘要 气动直缸驱动的板球系统是一个多变量非线性控制系统,可说明气动控制元件的产品性能,对控制理论性能研究,具有很好的价值。为改善气动驱动的板球系统控制特性,提出了用模糊和滑模控制相结合,来控制气动伺服板球系统。采用MATLAB的仿真环境,对气动直缸伺服驱动的板球控制系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明模糊—滑模控制一方面可以满足气动控制的鲁棒要求,另一方面可以为改善板球控制系统轨迹跟踪的控制精度,提高稳态特性提供依据。 The ball and plate system actuated by pneumatic direct cylinders is a typical nonlinear control system, which can be used to display the performance of pneumatic components and offer a test platform for the study of con- trol theory. According to the characteristics of pneumatic servo ball and plate system, a fuzzy-sliding model controller was proposed. The simulation was fulfilled by the MATLAB tool, and the results show that the fuzzy-sliding model controller can meet the robust requirement of pneumatic actuators and improve the control precision.
