研究突发事件应急模型的准确响应问题。针对当前的突发事件的属性越来越复杂,事件中的属性的描述特征也越来越多,导致当前的应急资源响应模型中对事件越来越复杂的多属性描述不精确。当前的突发事件响应模型过于依赖应急资源响应模型对事件的属性描述精度,一旦事件复杂,造成描述精度不高,将造成应急响应匹配准确度不高。为解决上述问题,提出了一种响应模糊概率算法的应急模型响应方法。提取突发事件的特征,建立突发事件与响应模型特征之间的映射联系。通过运算获取不同种类应急模型响应的模糊概率,从而实现应急模型响应。实验结果表明,改进算法能够有效提高应急模型响应的准确性。

Research quick response of emergencies. Emergency attributes structure is complex. This paper put forward an emergency model response method based on response fuzzy probability algorithm. The algorithm extracts the characteristics of emergency, establishes the mapping between emergency events and response model features. It obtains different kinds of fuzzy probabilities of emergency response models and realizes emergency model response. The exoeriment results show that the algorithm can improve the accuracy of response
