摘要
本文对CO_2双缸滚动活塞式膨胀机的膨胀过程进行了模拟,分析了不同长度直径的中间通道对膨胀机膨胀过程的影响,综合考虑各种因素,得出了中间通道取长度为20 mm直径为4 mm时为最佳,依据模拟结果对CO_2双缸滚动活塞式膨胀机进行了改造,并利用CO_2跨临界循环水-水热泵系统进行了性能测试,并得出了初步的测试结果,测试结果表明,改造后的带膨胀机热泵系统运行状况已经由原来的偏离正常状态进入了比较正常的运行状态,膨胀机的膨胀比较之改造前也有所提高。测试结果显示膨胀机的等熵效率最高达到了42.3%。
The expansion process of the expander is simulated in this paper.The influence of intermediate channel with different diameter and length is analyzed.And The length 20 mm as well as the diameter 4 mm of the intermediate channel proves optimum.The prototype is reconstructed based on the simulation result and tested on the water-water heat pump system.The test result indicates that the operation condition is improved and the expansion ratio is increased.And the efficiency of the expander is up to 42.3%.
