摘要
为了改进和完善多级离心泵的性能需求,本文采用CFD(计算流体力学)方法,建立了包含叶轮、导叶、叶轮前后间隙、密封口环和平衡孔的三维全流道实体模型,重点对叶轮结构进行了参数化的分析与研究,比较了不同参数的叶轮对多级离心泵的性能影响,基于模拟结果给出了改善低比转速多级离心泵性能的结构和设计建议,该数值方法的提出和完善可为多级离心泵的水力性能提高提供参考和依据。
In order to improve the performance of multistage centrifugal pump,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was adopted.In this study,a three dimensional model of whole flow passage which contains impeller,guide cane,tip clearance,sealing ring and balanced hole.The impeller was focused to parametric analysis and research.The influences of different key parameters of impeller of multistage centrifugal pump were analyzed.The result of numerical analysis is used in optimizing design of low specific speed multistage centrifugal pump.The method adopted in this study would provide references to the hydraulic model optimization and performance improvement of such pumps.
